Reaction Principle:
A certain proportion of liquid CHCl3 and liquid anhydrous HF, in the presence of a catalyst, undergo a fluorine-chlorine exchange reaction to produce difluoromonochloromethane. When the reaction is carried out, a small amount of HCFC-21 and HFC-23 can be generated, and HCFC-22 can be generated by continuing the fluorination reaction of HCFC-21, and the generation of by-product HFC-21 can be controlled by controlling the main conditions of the reaction, such as reaction temperature, pressure, and raw material ratios.
